Sorry about that- I should have relized that you didn't celbrate Thanksgiving. We celebrate the day on the 4th thursday in November. This year it is November 22. It is a day of being Thankful for what we have, visiting with family, eating lots of turkey and pumpkin pie. It is a tradition since the Pilgrims landed on Plymoth Rock and the Native Americans helped them to surrvie the first winter. They celebrated with a feast of local foods. My favorite holiday! We are all off for two days and celebrate! It is also celebrated in Canada in October! Good Luck with the teenager. I am on my last one out of three. It is not an easy time.
Just saying hi. I have done a LOT of embroidery over the years, love knitting, and am totally intrigued by the look that felting creates - though I don't know much about it.
great to see your quilts and bags hanging so beautifully in the Anglican Church in Braidwoid at the Quilt event on sunday - a great source of inspiration. Well done!
