Boys + Hammocks =

He's done it again! Day two of the spring school holidays and Surfer Boy has a laceration and big egg on his forehead..........black and whites again to save you looking at blood! What did he do this time? Two boys in hammocks one above the other, the branch breaks and top boy lands on lower boy (Surfer Boy)..............in all the chaos they reckon an elbow caused the damage. I'm just glad it wasn't a bit lower and that more teeth weren't damaged. From the photos you can see that the previous injury (11weeks ago) has healed well, you can hardly see the scar below his lip and take note of his very new Valplast flexible denture with 3 teeth in place, the centre front tooth is still a worry, very crooked and the nerve may die thus requiring root canal therapy. The joys of being a mother of a son goes on for me! Goodluck to the rest of the mothers out there this holiday season.

Oh Lordy, that boy is going to give you GREY hair!!!!

He looks almost proud of his "war wounds". LOL

Hope you make it through the rest of holiday without any more injuries.

Boys! What can you do with them!

ha ha ha! perhaps you should suggest your son take up reading in the holidays - the worst he could do there would be to get a paper cut.
I'm thinking knitting as a past-time could be dangerous for him - lol.
my boys haven't done anything too bad so far. lets hope it stays that way.

Dee's right, he almost looks proud of this! Is he going for that "rugged" look? You just might have to trade him in on a less stressful model!

Oh Surfer Boy.

When the bough breaks...

His lip looks so much better than the last black and whites.
