What to do when you pick 500 grams of strawberries every couple of days...............make refreshing sorbet, a great summer treat. I found this recipe while sitting at the hairdressers last Thursday in the latest ABC Delicious magazine that is full of fabulous summer food, buy a copy for yourself it's great. I've just made my second batch of this wonderful sorbet recipe, so easy and it's soooooooooooo good.

I have to ask, are you happy now? You have made me so totally jealous! I LOVE strawberries and your "spring/summer" harvest is making it harder to enjoy the cool days of fall for me here, usually one of my favorite time of the year!
All kidding aside, your photo's look so real, I can almost imagine reaching right into the computer screen and picking some of my own to enjoy!
I know I'm a dag....still that is good...I think that sorbet looks divine....what a great receipe....will definatly have to give it a go...the photos are also very good...cheers for now bon appetite'
