The airing of my quilts

I need to apologise for the lack of creative blogging lately. I have been sick, sick, sick and I simply don't have time for it. Today is a fabulous sunny day and the weekend so I have flung all the doors and windows open to let the nasty bugs out and am washing all the bedding and of course sunning the quilts from my bed. We are preparing for a bike ride to netball this afternoon with Darling Daughter on our new bikes of which Dear Husband is tinkering with as I type. It's a happy day all round as Surfer Boy is away this morning surfing in a local comp and this afternoon he is launching his new Weber 5'10" board which apparently is cause for great excitement when you are a 14 year old boy. Darling Daughter is equally happy as she this week finally paid off her lay-byed keyboard and has been producing the most wonderful sounds from up the hallway. So other than my being sick this is a happy place to be.
