Winter begins in two days and you wouldn't believe how sunny and warm the days have been and today was no exception. I washed a quilt and all our bedding, planted herb beds and then decided some potted colour in a thrifted collection of pottery vessels was just what the place needed. I have a few little plants left over and will source another couple of pots this week and then my display will be just right. This will help me get through the dreary days of winter if I can see some colour just outside my window.
